Broken Glass Filmworks was originally formed in 2015 by Travis Charles Johnson and operated as a production company servicing the New York City metro area. The company spent the next several years successfully producing films, commercials, music videos and various other projects.  In April of 2024, the BGF team sets it eyes on the company's first vertical venture; A premium streaming service to feature and showcase Independent Filmmakers & Creators from all over the world.  And just like that BGF-TV was born!

The team spent the next several months curating great content as well as creating the technology to not only entertain our audience, but provide an interactive social media experience for our viewers during their visits to the platform. 

BGF-TV is dedicated to building "The New Home of Independent Film" and was founded on two basic concepts:

• Being a valued avenue for artists to create and distribute their content 

• Compensating artists fairly for their art
